Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Judicialx. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
Judicialx is case management software for law firms, including document ingestion, AI-assisted research and drafting, reminders, and team collaboration.
Accounts and organizations
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- Organization owners are responsible for invites, billing, and compliance with professional obligations.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
AI features
- AI-generated content is not legal advice. You must review all outputs before relying on them in client work or court filings.
- Agent proposals require human approval before they are applied to case data (see product UI).
- We do not use your client data to train foundation models. LLM providers are contractually restricted from training on your prompts where their terms allow.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use Judicialx in violation of applicable law or bar rules.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paystack. Fees, seat limits, and downgrade rules are described on the pricing page and in your organization billing settings.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement describe how we handle personal data. Firms act as data controllers for client matter data; Judicialx acts as a processor.
Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and incidents will be communicated when practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Judicialx is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI output.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On firm cancellation, data export is available before deletion per our offboarding policy.
